The Urban Transport Institute (TUTI) is a private research consultancy founded in 1998 and based in Victoria, Australia, specialising in various aspects of transport and environmental analysis and planning. While TUTI works on various projects in the transport and environmental fields, it specialises in the design, conduct, analysis and quality audits of large-scale travel surveys, analysis and evaluation of behaviour change programs, and the evaluation of the external environmental effects of transport systems.
