Minister Tim Pallas, Minister for Roads and Ports, delivered this presentation, outlining the 15 Principles behind the Victorian Transport Plan as released by the Victorian Government in 2009.
This presentation was delivered to the Victorian Transport Infrastructure Summit 2009, held on the 9-10th November 2009, and provides an excellent overview of both the Plan and the motivations driving it.
