This comprehensive position paper on the future of Australian land-based transport, is a collaborative publication produced by the three leading groups representing the public transport industry in Australia:
the Australasian Railway Association (ARA),- the Bus Industry Confederation (BIC), and
- the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).
The report addresses the current status and challenges of transport in Australia, assesses future projections and delivers a response through three main areas:
