Victoria at 9 Million: The transport implications

Developed and delivered by Professor John Stanley of the University of Sydney's Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS), this presentation discusses the challenges inplicit in population growth and increasing urban denisity in Victoria.
Transport is a key factor in this analysis, specifically the economic externalities of congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. Professor Stanley considers these and various policy responses towards their resolution which he compares to the current Victorian Transport Plan.
