City of Port Phillip Cycle Plan 2005 – 2010

The City of Port Phillip wanted to provide an environment where cycalists of all abilities could ride their bikes on a safe, accessible and complete network. Cycle Plan 2005-2010 represents the Council's committment to develop such an environment within the transport system, linking people with places.

Cycle Plan aimed to consilidate the Bicycle Works Program by addressing promotion of cycling and encouraging more people to cycle more often.
