Changes to metropolitan bus zone boundaries

From 1 November 2009, zone boundaries on a number of bus routes around Melbourne will change, making journeys across the network more consistent and better matched to zones of nearby train stations and tram stops

A number of boundary overlaps will be extended, helping passengers get to local attractions and amenities on a single zone ticket. These include bus journeys to Sunshine Hospital (St Albans), La Trobe University (Bundoora), Northland Shopping Centre (Preston), Monash University (Clayton) and Monash Medical Centre (Bentleigh East).
