MTF/GAMUT seminar: The Economics of Transport

The Metropolitan Transport Forum (MTF) and the University of Melbourne's Centre for the Governance and Management of Urban Transport (GAMUT) are hosting a key event on the Economics of Transport, including project assessment and transport pricing.

The event will be held at Melbourne Town Hall, Swanston Street, Melbourne and features a large number of expert speakers. These include:

  • Henry Ergas, Senior Economic Adviser, Deloitte
  • Rose Elphick  CEO Victorian Freight and Logistics Council
  • Susan Gillett   Executive, Infrastructure Policy, Commercial Division, Department of Treasury and Finance:
  • John Stanley  Associate Professor in Transport, former CEO, Bus Association Costing transport infrastructure for externalities
  • Bill Russell , Professor at GAMUT, University of Melbourne
