The VLGA has released an online survey designed to assist local government to implement sustainable transport networks by:

  • Determining the resources and people-power available in each local government,
  • Identify gaps of information and resources holding local governments back, and
  • Asking how the VLGA can best assist local governments to acheive these outcomes

Follow this link to fill out the Local Government Transport Barrier and Capability survey. This survey closes on Wednesday 30 June 2010.

The VLGA Transport Program, which includes the Thinking Transport website, is finishing its current phase at the end of December 2010. In order to continue to provide you with the resources, information and assistance we have over the last three years, we need to know what you need and the best ways we can assist.

By filling out this survey, you provide us with this information, help us to maintain our services and provide valuable information about your needs so we can advise the Victorian Government on transport priorities for Victorian local governments.
