2nd International Sprayed Sealing Conference
The 2nd International Sprayed Sealing Conference will be run on 10 - 12 October 2010, featuring keynote speaker Mr Dennis Rossmann of the South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL). Mr Rossmann will present on Imperatives in sustaining sprayed sealing practice.
The Sprayed Sealing Conference Technical Tour will showcase a visit to ARRB’s research facilities in Vermont South, where participants will have an opportunity to tour ARRB’s bitumen laboratories. The Tour will feature a visit to ARRB’s full scale pavement testing research laboratory, currently testing a two coat emulsion seal on a granular base, and demonstration of a spray run using the French synchronised spraying / spreading method. The tour will commence at the Conference venue, and includes lunch. Further information on the Technical Tour is available on the conference website.
